Can I still post on my accounts while you’re managing them?

Yes! You still have complete access to your account and can post and engage with your audience just like before. We know you’re really busy (which is why you’re here) but we actively encourage our clients to engage with their audience as only they can.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Here at Koala VA, we recognise that flexibility is really important for small business owners. We don’t lock you into a contract, and instead just charge for the month ahead so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

What are your payment options?

We accept payment via bank transfer or debit/credit card. If you’d like, we can even set you up on automatic recurring payment!

Do I get to see the content before it’s posted?

Yes! You will have access to a shared calendar and will be notified when new content is available for you to review. If you’d like any changes to be made you can let us know in advance of anything being posted.

What happens after I sign up?

When you sign up we’ll arrange your initial strategy call (30-60 mins depending on the package you choose) and provide you with instructions on how to provide your login details and/or give us permission to post to your social media account(s). Based on everything you tell us in our strategy call and a quick follow up email, we’ll get to work creating your first week of content which will usually be ready for you to approve within 10 days. After that, you’ll be notified when there’s new content to approve every week around the same time.

Do you offer social media management packages for less than £197?

£197 is the minimum package price we offer at the moment. This is because a lot of time and effort goes into sourcing and creating great content, and we want you to see the full benefit. If we offered less than our minimum package, we feel you wouldn’t be getting good value for money because social media is all about consistency and variety.

What sort of content do you post?

We can post a range of different content types, from curated news and quotes to branded graphics and holiday messages. If you have a service or product you want to promote, we can do that too! We’ll always follow your lead on the type of content you want your audience to see from you and will cover this during our initial strategy call with you.
